DiaMed-ID Micro Typing System
The Gel Test was invented by Yves Lapierre in a small laboratory serviced by the Regional Blood Transfusion Centre of Lyon in 1984. The first commercial kits, in the form of the ID-Micro Typing System, became available from DiaMed in 1988. Over the years the ID-System has developed into a complete range of products for all tests performed in the blood group serology laboratory. Dedicated instrumentation and software can now offer the customer total, customised solutions for all their needs.

DiaMed offers a large choice of automation – from up-to-date small pipetting instrumets to complete walk-away systems.
